Burman Farm

Thabarwa Meditation center à Thanlyin

Burma opened its doors just 10 years ago. The Burmese people suffered from military gint and decades of dictatorship, as a result of the succession of colonization waves from England to Japan

Despite official reports, the courageous Aung San Suu Kyi is still feet and hands tied by the mlitarian gint that always acts in the shadows.

The founder Sayadaw Ashin Ottamathara of the international monasteries of the Thabarwa Meditation Center, came to meet me in Vietnam to set up a micro-farm for the Thanlyin monastery in Burma.

Wise and meditating, just and humanistic, his monastery is a refuge for those wishing a new start. The forgotten, the refugees, the orphans, the elderly, the sick, the homeless, the international volunteers, the monastery is the very example of the opening of heart.

Opposed to the system of exploitation of Nature by humans, the venerable Buddhist monk wished to offer another example of agricultural culture than that proposed by the conventional model.

Here I left a discharge with high-voltage lines.

Like everything is possible

Thank you for this opportunity and this exceptional sharing
